Cut-to-Order Fabrics

All of our fabrics are cut especially for your order.

This means:

• We are unable to accept returns on cut fabric if you simply change your mind

• This is in line with UK consumer regulations for personalised or made-to-measure items

If you’re unsure about a fabric, we always recommend ordering a sample first—we’re happy to help with that.

If You Need to Return an Item

If your item is eligible for return, please:

• Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order

• Email: admin@nvcint.com

We’ll guide you through the next steps in a simple and friendly way.

Return Conditions

For any accepted returns:

• Items must be unused and in their original condition

• They must be returned within a reasonable time after approval

• Customers are responsible for return postage costs

We recommend using a tracked service, just for peace of mind.

If Your Fabric Is Faulty or Damaged

We’re very sorry if something isn’t right—that’s never the experience we want for you.

If your fabric arrives faulty or damaged, please:

1. Email us at admin@nvcint.com as soon as possible

2. Include a brief description and, if you can, a photo

We will take care of things quickly and kindly.

You will be offered one of the following:

• A replacement fabric

• A full or partial refund

• Store credit for future use

Refunds

If a refund is agreed:

• It will be processed back to your original payment method

• Please allow a few working days for it to appear in your account (depending on your bank or provider)

We do our very best to show our fabrics accurately, but:

• Colours can appear slightly different depending on your screen

• For complete peace of mind, we recommend ordering a sample first
