UK Returns Only

This policy applies to orders delivered within the United Kingdom.

Change of Mind Returns

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order

• Items must be unused, unwashed, uncut and in original condition

⚠️ Important:
Fabric is cut to order. For this reason, we cannot accept returns on fabric that has been cut, used or altered, unless it is faulty.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Return Postage

• Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

• We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

• Please allow 3–5 working days for refunds to be processed once approved
