We’re so glad you’re here.

These Terms and Conditions explain how our website works and what to expect when you place an order with us. By using our website, you agree to these terms.

2. Our Fabrics

We sell fabric that is cut to order, just for you.

  • Your fabric will be sent in one continuous piece whenever possible.
  • If you would like your fabric cut into separate pieces, please leave a note when ordering.
  • There is no minimum order, so you can buy exactly what you need.

3. Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are confirming that:

  • Your details are correct
  • You are happy with your selection before purchasing

If there’s ever an issue with your order, we’ll always do our best to put things right.

4. Prices & Payment

  • All prices are in British Pounds (£)
  • We accept:
    • PayPal
    • Debit and credit cards (via Shopify Payments, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express)

All payments are handled securely.

5. Delivery

  • We currently deliver within the UK only (we hope to expand soon!)
  • Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days

Delivery times can vary slightly, but we’ll always aim to get your fabric to you as quickly as possible.

6. Returns

Because our fabrics are cut especially for each order, we’re unable to accept returns unless there is a problem.

  • You have 14 days to contact us about a return
  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer

If you’re unsure about a fabric, we recommend ordering a sample first—we’re happy to help with that.

7. If Something Isn’t Right

If your fabric arrives faulty or damaged, please email us at admin@nvcint.com.

We will offer you a solution, which may include:

  • A replacement
  • A refund
  • Store credit

We may ask for a photo so we can resolve things quickly for you.

 

 

 

8. Colours & Photos

 

We do our very best to show our fabrics as accurately as possible.

However, colours can sometimes look slightly different depending on your screen.

If you’d like to be completely sure, we recommend ordering a sample first.

 

 

 

9. Our Images & Content

All images and content on our website belong to us.

Please don’t copy or use them without permission.

10. Using Our Fabrics

You are very welcome to use our fabrics for personal or commercial projects—there are no restrictions.

We always aim to provide a great service, but:

  • We cannot be responsible for indirect or unexpected losses
  • Our responsibility is limited to the value of your order

Your rights under UK consumer law are not affected.
