2. Our Fabrics

We offer fabric that is cut to order, specifically for you.

  • Your fabric will be sent in one continuous piece whenever possible.
  • If you prefer your fabric cut into separate pieces, please leave a note when ordering.
  • There is no minimum order, allowing you to buy exactly what you need.

3. Placing an Order

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • Your details are accurate.
  • You are satisfied with your selection before purchasing.

If any issues arise with your order, we will do our utmost to resolve them.

4. Prices & Payment

  • All prices are listed in British Pounds (£).
  • We accept:
    • PayPal
    • Debit and credit cards (via Shopify Payments, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express).

All payments are processed securely.

5. Delivery

  • We currently deliver within the UK only (expansion plans are in progress).
  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Delivery times may vary slightly, but we strive to deliver your fabric as quickly as possible.

6. Returns

As our fabrics are cut specifically for each order, returns are only accepted in the event of a problem.

  • You have 14 days to contact us regarding a return.
  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If you’re uncertain about a fabric, we recommend ordering a sample first—we're here to help!

7. If Something Isn’t Right

If your fabric arrives faulty or damaged, please email us at admin@nvcint.com.

We will offer a solution, which may include:

  • A replacement
  • A refund
  • Store credit

We may request a photo to expedite the resolution process.

8. Colours & Photos

We strive to represent our fabrics as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen.

For complete assurance, we recommend ordering a sample first.

9. Our Images & Content

All images and content on our website are our property. Please do not copy or use them without permission.

10. Using Our Fabrics

You are welcome to use our fabrics for personal or commercial projects—there are no restrictions.

11. Liability

We aim to provide excellent service, but:

  • We cannot be held responsible for indirect or unexpected losses.
  • Our responsibility is limited to the value of your order.

Your rights under UK consumer law remain unaffected.
